Delivery & returns
Delivery zones
Delivery is not a fixed price. It is worked out per order from the distance between our Moi Barracks yard and the exact point you pin on the map at checkout.
How transport is charged
- Close to the yard: a flat KES 500 for every 2.5 km. So within 2.5 km it is KES 500, within 5 km KES 1 000, within 7.5 km KES 1 500, and so on up to 25 km.
- Further afield: we charge only for the fuel used on the round trip from our yard to your site, worked out from the road distance.
- You never work anything out yourself — pick your town below, or drop your pin at checkout, and we show you the exact shilling amount before you pay. Move the pin and the figure updates instantly.
- We deliver to villages, estates, shambas and landmarks too, not only town centres.
Delivery estimator
Type your town, village, estate or a landmark — any place in Kenya, not only the ones on our list. We measure the real driving distance from the yard on Google Maps and work out the transport charge.
Paying for your order
Payment is made in full before the goods leave the yard. Once you place the order you get a reference, then you pay the total (materials plus transport) to our M-Pesa till below.
We confirm the payment, call you to agree the delivery time, then load and deliver to your pinned site. Bank transfer is accepted for bulk and contractor orders on request.

Go to M-Pesa → Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill and enter the details below. Goods are delivered once payment is confirmed.

Damaged goods, exchanges & deposits
- Report damage within 1 hour of delivery
- Damaged or wrong goods must be reported to us within one hour of the delivery, before the item is used or installed. Call 0725 878 257 or confirm the delivery in your account and tell us what is wrong. After that hour we cannot accept a claim, because we can no longer tell what happened on site.
- Collecting from the yard yourself
- If you are picking up in person, check every item at the counter before you leave. A damaged item may not be taken away to “try and use it” — we will swap it there and then. Once it leaves our yard we treat it as accepted in good condition.
- No returns — exchange instead
- Once goods are purchased they are not returnable and we do not buy back unused stock. What we will do is exchange the item for another of the same value, provided it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you have your receipt. Any difference in price is settled at the counter.
- Never exchangeable
- Cement and other moisture-sensitive materials once opened, cut-to-length steel, mixed paint, sand, ballast and other bulk aggregates.
- Made-to-order items — 50% deposit
- Fabricated and made-to-order items require a deposit of half the price before work starts. That deposit is non-refundable, because the material is cut and worked for your job alone. The balance is paid before delivery or collection.
